Title: Figs with Honey and Mascarpone

Yield: 1 Servings

8 Ripe green or black figs
  About 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, at room
  Temperature about 1/4 cup honey

Cut the figs in half or in quarters if large.

Place 1/4 cup of the mascarpone on each four plates. Surround the mascarpone with the figs. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 servings
